Our Adult Program is geared at the adult looking learn or improve their volleyball skills. The Adult Program trains on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00. We do fun and challenging drills with game play at the end of the session. This is Ideal for Men and Women, who are ready for some fun and challenging workouts in the sand.
